wonderful stay, grateful for the location and staff

convenient location friendly staff rooftop terrace plentiful breakfast

the location is very convenient. i walked to the blue mosque and hagia sophia. the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooftop terrace offered a good view. i had a pleasant time on the terrace. the breakfast was adequate and plentiful. the variety was useful to get me through to a late lunch.

great location well trained staff cozy room small room moldy bathroom poor breakfast

the location was excellent near several attractions. the staff was very knowledgeable about local attractions. the cozy room included a balcony and a great view of the bosphorus.

the room was small and i had little space for my luggage. the bathroom had mold and a bad smell, and they did not clean it. the breakfast had a lot of quantity but not much quality.

lovely experience!

great location beautiful terrace friendly staff

the location is amazing close to major attractions. it has a beautiful roof terrace to relax and enjoy the views of the marmara sea. i saw people enjoy breakfast up there. the staff was friendly!

my ac was not working very well, and they seemed aware of it. they didn't fix it despite me telling them. they did give me a fan though.

the hotel features a lovely roof terrace, where you can enjoy views of the marmara sea while relaxing or having your breakfast, i think that is amazing! there is also free water, tea and coffee available at reception all hours.

the receptionists were always willing to help, and were very kind. they are friendly and provide assistance every time. they even gave me a small gift for my birthday which i thought was a very nice touch.

the rooms are cleaned daily and the amenities are great too! my room was very spacious and well maintained. i got great sleep here because it was quiet, and the room was very cool with the ac on.

the breakfast included was good, with plenty of options. it offered a better variety than at typical hotels, i saw fruit options and great coffee. everything tasted very fresh!

the hotel is located in a historical district and close to major attractions. the nearest tramway station is about 500m away, and it connects you to points of interest on the european side. it is perfect!

Charming Stay Near Historical Wonders!

vanilla cake rooftop ambiance friendly staff convenient location

The breakfast offered good variety, including a good sliced vanilla cake. a cozy rooftop ambiance! The rooftop view allowed me to watch birds and boats after long walks. It was relaxing. The location was near the Blue Mosque and other tourist spots, that was nice. Friendly staff.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer questions. The staff provided assistance with directions and local recommendations, it was beneficial. They arranged airport transfers, that was very convenient.

My room was spacious and clean with all needed amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee, tea, and water were available in the room, that was useful. A balcony offered an extra benefit, it was a good addition.

The hotel is a short walk to the main square! It's close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, made sightseeing easy. The area felt safe and had plenty of cafes nearby. The surrounding streets were very quiet at night.

The breakfast had many choices. It included Turkish-style options. The breakfast provided fresh fruit and good coffee. It was a great start to the day. A lovely roof terrace was available to enjoy the breakfast, that was a plus.

unclean dining area unpleasant smell

The staff were helpful. The location was acceptable.

The breakfast lacked freshness. The dining area was not clean. the room lacked space to keep my luggage. mold was present in the bathroom. It had an unpleasant smell.
